How do we handle your Vehicle Requests ?
Our principle is to answer your rental request in latest 48 hours. If you mention that your request is Urgent you will get your answer in latest 12 hours (Your request should be made in the working hours between 08:00am- 05:00pm (GMT+02:00) and the requests made after 03:00pm might be answered until 12:00am the day after).
As soon as we receive your request you will receive a personal written answer that we have received your mail and are working on it (Incase we have any question that would help to clear your request we would also mention that). Our subcontracted rent a car agents spread all over Turkey do receive your request on the same time, offer a detailed rate proposal including the available vehicle type and insurance details. The best choice; info about payment conditions and other details will be proposed to your attention by our team and wait for your final confirmation.
