The "Blue Voyage" is a yachting tour, cruising along Turkey's Aegean and Mediterranean coast. This unique tours are on traditional Turkish "Gulets" which are picturesque and comfortable. The Turkish Gulets were originally built for use by fishermen and sponge divers. Today they are luxuriously designed especially for chartered holidays. Their large, uncluttered decks are ideal for sunbathing and dining. These gracious and elegant motor sailor, built of pinewood and styled with pointed fore and round aft. Traditionally they have been built in Bodrum area of Turkey and hence are referred to as "Bodrum-type" yachts or Gullets sometimes also referred to as "caciques". Each one is equipped with one or two masts but of the weight, they are in fact more suitable for cruising than for sailing. They have superior seagoing quality and are very comfortable. They offer large living areas, wide sundecks, spacious cabins, WC / showers and a sundeck with furnished lounge area.

Good sailing, good food and friendly company surrounded by nature in a serene atmosphere. That is what chartered sailing is all about. Sailing holiday aboard a Gullet appeals to all age groups. It can be as relaxing or as energetic an experience as desired. You may leave everything to skipper and crew or choose to join in the running of the boat. You may do your own shopping for meals if you prefer. The crew will still cook for unless you wish to prepare a special ditch for your party. One day you may decide to read a book while sipping a drink and sunning on deck. A more active day may include windsurfing, fishing or, when the yacht is at anchor in a beautiful cove, hiking in the woods or swimming and snorkeling amid schools of fish and ancient underwater ruins. While docked you may wish to spend the morning touring a nearby ancient city or have a special shore evening in town or in a Turkish village. 

There's no need for you to be an experienced yachtsman. Your captain and crew are experienced seafarers, usually local Turkish people, who know the cruising grounds in and out and will share their knowledge, skill and local lore with you. In addition to running the sails safely and according to the itinerary you have chosen, they are prepared to assist and pamper you in every way, from suggesting suitable anchorage’s and arranging shore excursions to serving you cocktails and three delicious meals a day. 

Tours can last from 7 days to 2 weeks or more and full board is offered onboard. Incase you are looking for shorter tours just contact our team for possibilities. There is a flexible choice of itineraries since tours can start from Bodrum, Marmaris, Gocek, Fethiye and Antalya. Bodrum airport, 40 minutes driving to Bodrum harbor; Dalaman airport 20 minutes to Gocek, 70 minutes to Marmaris and  40 minutes driving to Fethiye harbors and Antalya airport 40 minutes driving to cities harbor give the access to these ports from all over Turkey. The Blue Voyage programs are offered in two ways . You may either charter the whole boat or charter a cabin only. 

Cabin Charter

Cruises for singles or couples are great fun. They are designed for people who wish to make the holiday a totally new experience alongside new friends. Such cruises are often multi-national affairs, which make them especially interesting.

These 'Blue Voyages" always start and finish on Saturdays  Boarding beginning at 15.00 hours depending on flight arrivals. The yacht actually leaves the harbour on Sunday morning after breakfast. Although following a set route, no place is visited twice during any cruise, so that your last day on board will be as interesting as your first. Full board is included in the price, served in an open buffet style with beverages and alcoholic drinks being bought from the yacht's bar. Please note that any land tours will be extra and are optional. Your yacht will arrive back late Friday afternoon enabling a final night in the highlife of the arrival town before disembarking latest 10.00 on Saturday morning.

Complete Yacht Charter

For families and for friends who wish to join up for a private cruise, the chartering of the entire yacht, including crew is advantageous in every respect.
As a private party, you are free to charter the yacht of your choice for any agreed period of time and you may also determine the route. You may provide the provisions or you can let us do  the shopping thus saving you all that unnecessary hassle in the heat just paying the daily rate for fullboard. There is no sailing ground more beautiful than the entire Turkish Coast between Bodrum to the north-west of Marmaris and Antalya to the south-east. We'll provide  only the basics of your voyage's programme and then you'll be free to settle the rest of the details together with the Captain during the cruise. He will be happy to comply with your wishes, weather permitting.
Days on board are always eventful and may differ greatly from each other depending on what Mother Nature has to offer. Quiet little bays with crystal clear water or a lusty wind, favourite for sailing, some ancient ruins beckoning on a hillside or a busy quaint little seaside town which you might like to visit. You can just let yourself drift along from day to day permitting the yacht to take the strain and enjoy the cruise in complete relaxation. All this adding up to make a perfectly special "Blue Voyage".

When is the best time of the year to go?

June and September are generally hot enough to tan without burning.

For those who wish to swim at any time of day and night and for those who are out and out sun worshippers, we suggest July and August.

May and October expose that serene beauty of nature and this is perhaps the best time as the coves and beaches are not crowded.
