Even many of the three stars hotels do have TV and Minibar in Turkey !  Small  (Room number wise- up to 100 rooms) tourist class hotels with open buffet breakfast and one alacarte restaurant. In the cities these hotels are located in centers , in resort areas on the sea sides. The Three stars hotels in the South and west of Turkey are quite good and even catch the 4 Stars quality. The level of service is good , the rooms are good sized and well furnished.  Most hotels specially in the resort areas do have air-conditioning in the rooms and public areas. If you are looking for reasonable accomodation with budget price , this class would surely suit your needs. 

2 Stars Hotels -  Properties offering basic bed and breakfast accommodation with low level of service. Although some of them do also offer lunch or dinner they do commonly only offer breakfast in house. Some do nearly catch the three stars level. Are you looking for something simple with low rates ? This level might suit your needs.

1 Stars Hotels - Incase your expectations are low and looking just for a bed to sleep this might suit your needs. Check the location and characteristic of the property as many immigrants and foreign workers from different countries stay in these type of hotels.
